Six ways to well being

 “I love music and use it to unwind daily, i do this through a multiple way of mediums by singing, play guitar, piano or my cornet. As well as this I love to escape to the world of literature and fiction therefore being an avid reader. I also like to get involved in many community projects, a few examples being; helping annually as a youth helper at my local summer holiday club, as well as being an executive member of my schools geographical society and fair trade club. “
